Vinod Nair is an interventional cardiologist and computer scientist, serving as President and Chief Software Architect at OMS. He blends two decades of clinical experience with a deep passion for technology, using real-world data and patient insights to improve decision-making and streamline clinical workflows.

Board-certified in seven cardiovascular subspecialties, Vinod continues to practice as an interventional cardiologist, gaining firsthand perspective on the complexities of modern healthcare. His dual expertise uniquely positions him to bridge the gap between medicine and software innovation.

Vinod earned his medical degree from M.S. Ramaiah Medical Teaching Hospital in India and completed his postgraduate training in internal medicine and cardiology in New York, with fellowships at Long Island College Hospital and Maimonides Medical Center.

Karlen Lamp is leading OMS’s mission to transform healthcare through data-powered innovation and smarter care delivery.

Since joining OMS in 2024, she has focused on scaling the company’s impact by bringing intelligent, data-driven solutions to the front lines of cardiovascular care. Karlen brings extensive experience from leadership roles in private cardiovascular organizations, where she developed growth strategies and spearheaded initiatives to enhance both clinical performance and the patient experience.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University’s Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

Justin Plaisance leads technology design and infrastructure development at OMS, overseeing the company’s point-of-care solutions, data analytics platform, and AI-driven software initiatives.

Since joining OMS in 2017, Justin has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s technology ecosystem by building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that support clinical decision-making and improve operational efficiency across healthcare environments.

With prior leadership roles spanning both the healthcare and retail sectors, Justin brings a unique blend of technical expertise and industry insight. His work centers on creating intuitive platforms that seamlessly connect technology with patient care.

Krishan Singh brings extensive global experience in software development and engineering to OMS, where he plays a key role in driving platform-wide innovation.

Before joining OMS in 2018, Krishan held senior engineering and consulting positions at several international organizations, including Ark Infotech Spectrum and Payment Express International. His work focused on software architecture and enterprise-level technology solutions.

Krishan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Information Science in Sydney, Australia.

Mohanraj Natarajan contributes to the ongoing evolution of OMS technology through his deep expertise in software engineering and system development.

Since joining OMS in 2011, he has drawn on his prior experience as a Software Engineer, where he focused on application development and system integration across complex environments.

Mohanraj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from PSG College of Arts and Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University.

Ayyasamay Deivasigamani plays a pivotal role in advancing OMS’s technology solutions, drawing on more than two decades of experience in software development and product leadership.

Before joining OMS in 2011, Ayyasamay held senior roles as a Product Technical Leader and Project Leader at international organizations, where he focused on building and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University.
