OMS provides structured reporting in real time on each of these 15 modules, with no need for dictation, transcription or free-text typing. Our unified data repository enables background analyses and provides the physician with inter / intra modality comparisons and generates the report in a ICAEL, ICANL and ICAEL compliant format. These modules work seamlessly with the OMS EHR, and will interface directly with your current EHR as well.
The OMS CVIS transthoracic echocardiogram module allows for data of all of the ICAEL required fields in a table format with implementation of appropriate use criteria as well. With each set of data, comments are generated in the report which is trended for subsequent studies. The structure and function descriptions are available as drop downs for each anatomical structure allowing for easy selection. In the report, the descriptions are integrated with the data providing explanations for abnormal measurements in a logical format. Sonographers and physicians are given the freedom to select the available descriptions or provide their own remarks for each structure. The illustration is selectable with the text displayed simultaneously eliminating the need to continually return to the report page for verification of desired comments; however, referring to the report page or illustration is seamless. The report is available for signing, and can be accessed by the physician for approval of the report or alteration if needed as soon as it is generated. The preliminary report saved by the sonographer is immediately available for the physician to review and finalize.

The OMS CVIS dobutamine stress echocardiogram module allows the end user to document the heart’s function and structure quickly and accurately during the procedure.
